All campers will be responsible for their own lodging while at the Honor Roll Camp. Headfirst will not be able to provide rides to and from the airport.
Ballplayers are welcome to travel to the Honor Roll Camp without an accompanying family member (though most do arrive with family) but will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport and ballpark.
At our Honor Roll Camps, there will likely be four (4) game slots each day. Each player will be scheduled to play in two of the four game slots each day. Conforming to the typical baseball showcase format, games will be played with a 1-1 count.
Pitchers should be prepared to throw two (2) simulated innings each day, if arms allow (and can limit themselves to one day or fewer innings if necessary). We will be available to speak with pitchers about their innings and arms at registration/check-in.
Our son had an incredible experience at Headfirst’s California Honor Roll Camp in Rocklin. The talks given by the Headfirst staff were outstanding and reinforced the core values we have been teaching our son — and to tie it in with their college baseball backgrounds made it very motivational for our son. Overall, it was the most wonderful two days. Julie M., Mother of Duke U. Baseball Student-Athlete, Class of 2016view more testimonials
