Headfirst Honor Roll Camps partners with Realplay to maximize your exposure to college coaches by providing you the option of verified showcase and gameplay video to share on any profiles, social media platforms, and importantly, with any college coaches on your list. Video begins to appear within 24 hours of camp ending, with all video available within 5 days of camp’s conclusion — all editing done for you!
Realplay video includes:
Defensive Showcase footage
Offensive Showcase footage
Every game filmed from multiple camera angles
Every at-bat, inning pitched, defensive play made, and stolen base captured
Delivering the best-in-class academic showcase opportunity now not only means giving student-athletes the opportunity to play in front of and engage directly with top coaches – it means you have the chance to compile a video record of camp showcase and gameplay that can be shared with any coaches on your list after camp has ended.
Please note: all deposits and camp tuitions are non-refundable in all circumstances.
If you register before April 30th:
50% of the tuition is due upon registration. This is your deposit and holds your place at camp.
The remaining 50% will be collected automatically on May 12th. If you would like to change your method of payment or make this payment earlier, you contact us at (202) 715-6654 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the significant upfront costs incurred by Headfirst upon the reservation of a position at our events, this 50% deposit at registration serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your place in the selected event.
If you register after April 30th, the entire tuition amount is due at the time of registration.
If you choose to change the form of payment for any balance due for tuition, please submit a request to email@example.com by May 11th.
If your ballplayer is unable to attend a scheduled showcase camp, you must notify Headfirst Camps in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your note is received on or before May 11th, and you have submitted the 50% deposit, you will not be billed the remaining 50% of camp tuition, and your paid deposit will be governed by our Future Credit Policy (detailed below).
