Afternoon & Evening
Simulated games – Each athlete will play 1 game on Day 1 (and 2 more on Day 2). Coaches will be in the dugout and on the field of each game to provide instruction and feedback in real-time during game play.
Day ends at 6:30pm or 8:30pm depending on team assignment.
Morning & Afternoon
Athletes who played the early game slot on Day 1 will report on Day 2 at 7:15am for an 8:00am first pitch.
Athletes who played the late game slot on Day 1 will report on Day 2 at 9:15am for a 10:00am first pitch.
Simulated games – Athletes will play 2 games on Day 2 and share the field and dugout with different groups of college coaches.
Question & Answer session with college coaches from across the Division I, II and III ladder, led and moderated by our Headfirst team (for parents).
All games will be completed by 5:00pm.
Please note: report and game times above are approximate and subject to change – all game times will be clearly communicated to student-athletes and families at each event.
Please note: all deposits and camp tuitions are non-refundable in all circumstances.
If you register before April 30th:
50% of the tuition is due upon registration. This is your deposit and holds your place at camp.
The remaining 50% will be collected automatically on May 12th. If you would like to change your method of payment or make this payment earlier, you contact us at 9202) 715-6654 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the significant upfront costs incurred by Headfirst upon the reservation of a position at our events, this 50% deposit at registration serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your place in the selected event.
If you register after April 30th, the entire tuition amount is due at the time of registration.
If you choose to change the form of payment for any balance due for tuition, please submit a request to email@example.com by May 11th.
If your ballplayer is unable to attend a scheduled showcase camp, you must notify Headfirst Camps in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your note is received on or before May 11th, and you have submitted the 50% deposit, you will not be billed the remaining 50% of camp tuition, and your paid deposit will be governed by our Future Credit Policy (detailed below).
