Updated September 2, 2020
Outlined below are our updated policies for events impacted by coronavirus and related NCAA, government and public health decisions.
If circumstances require any Headfirst showcase camps to be cancelled in 2020, we will provide families with the option for a full refund for impacted sessions.
Families will also be offered the option to transfer to any of our other showcase camps that still have availability at your position, or to any rescheduled event.
If your camp runs as scheduled but you wish to cancel your registration, families will receive a full credit that can be used on a future camp through the summer of 2022.
This credit does not need to be used on the same ballplayer as the original registration. This credit can be transferred to a sibling, friend, or teammate who is age-eligible and wishes to attend Headfirst Honor Roll Camp.
If you wish to switch to a different camp in 2020, we are able to transfer your registration as long as there is space remaining at your position in your desired session.
We are unable to accommodate requests for credits or transfers made within 2 weeks of the start of camp.
We will stay in touch proactively in the weeks ahead, and all families will receive an update no later than September 18th on the status of our 2020 fall showcase camps.
In the meantime, if you have any questions about these policies, getting registered for camp or how your recruiting might be impacted by recent events, please reach out to us at 202-715-6654, showcase@headfirst.com or find us with the chat function in the corner of the screen on our website.
