Softball Honor Roll Camp Payment, Future Credit & Inclement Weather Policies


Please note: all retainers, fees, and camp tuitions are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Until April 30th, 2017, you are able to secure your position at an upcoming Headfirst Honor Roll Camp for a 50% ($375) fee. There are significant upfront operational costs incurred by Headfirst upon the registration and reservation of a position at an event. Therefore, this fee serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your place in the selected event. If you opt to enroll by submitting 50% of the total fee, the remaining balance will be automatically billed to your card on file on May 12th (the card on file will be the card that you use for the deposit at checkout). If you would like to change your method of payment, please submit a request to by May 11th, 2017.

If you decide that your ballplayer is unable to attend a scheduled event, you must notify Headfirst in writing by sending an email to If your note is received on or before May 11th, and you have submitted the 50% retainer, you will not be billed the remaining 50% of camp tuition, and any credit for the paid deposit will be governed by our Future Credit Policy (detailed below).

All families and campers who register after April 30th, 2017 will be required to pay the full tuition for their selected program(s) at the time of registration. Regardless of payment option, all fees remain non-refundable.

Future Credit

Any requests for a future credit will be governed by the following policies in all circumstances:

  • Requests for a credit to a future Headfirst Honor Roll Camp must be submitted in writing to
  • Requests received at least thirty (30) days before the start of the purchased event will receive full credit of the purchasing price, excluding a processing fee of $37.50. This credit can be used towards a future Headfirst event in accordance with the guidelines below.
  • Requests received at least fourteen (14) days but less than thirty (30) days before the start of the purchased event will receive a credit in the amount of 50% of the purchasing price, excluding a $37.50 processing fee. This credit can be used towards a future Headfirst event in accordance with the guidelines below.
  • Requests received less than fourteen (14) days before the start of the purchased event will not be eligible for credit towards a future camp. Headfirst offers a customized experience, tailored to each camper’s unique background, enrolled position(s), academic profile, and college interests – withdrawals within two weeks of camp significantly impact substantial portions of programming and college coach communications that cannot be reconciled within that time frame.

All future credits granted under the guidelines above will be valid for one year from the end date of the originally-purchased event. When registering for another event, this credit may not be used to register for an event that is already at capacity (either as a whole, or at your intended Primary Position) by the time the request is submitted. In the event that the cost of a future event is more than the amount credited, the purchaser is responsible for any remaining balance.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, Headfirst, at its sole discretion may adjust programming, including but not limited to the game and showcase schedule, to get in as many camp activities as possible. Any changes to programming will be directed to ensure the maximum amount and quality of programming in all cases.

Regardless of any programming adjustments made by Headfirst, all events remain fully non-refundable in the event of inclement weather.
